Summary: Microsoft Office is a necessity!

Comment: My new laptop came with a trial of microsoft office. So basically I purchased this for the key code so that I could have it perminately. Microsoft office includes all of the major programs including word and excel. If your computer doesn't already have these programs buy it!

Comment: I bought this upgrade to try to solve a problem I had with the size of the Outlook pst file.
I installed the software without problems and solved the problem, besides adding some improvements to my previous Office version.
If you have a significant volume of e-mail, I recommend installing this upgrade.

Comment: I needed upgrades for my Microsoft Office and this really did the trick. I enjoy using Outlook 2003 much more than the older version I had for several years. Most of the other parts of the package are fairly similar, although there are several features of Word that are a bit annoying to me. Otherwise I would give it an excellent rating.
