Editorial Review: Product Description
The Strangest Secret - Book and CD Set - This book and CD set is a great gift to inspire anyone in your organization to truly understand how to get from where you are to where you want to be. Earl Nightingale's classic, The Strangest Secret, earned the first Gold Record for the spoken word, with sales exceeding 1 million copies. Nightingale, known as the 'dean of personal development,' reveals how he discovered and lived the secret to success. For the first time, Earl Nightingale's famous words written in 1957 are presented in a beautifully designed gift book with a CD of his original recording. This inspirational message is as timely today as it was when first written.

Comment: I believe everyone should listen to this CD often. It is one of the best messages ever conveyed in this method. Earl Nightingale was a very insightful person. I have given this set as a gift to at least 5 people that are important to me.

Summary: A timeless universal and logically honest message...
Date: 2008-03-06 - 5

Comment: Well, *spoiler alert*, The Strangest Secret is that we become what we think about most of the time, in the most compelling way. *Spoiler ended*. Now for the review: The power of this program is not just in the listening or the understanding, but in the genuine application of the principles which he puts so eloquently. Sure it is from the time of The Man In The Gray Flannel Suit, but the idea and message and applications are timeless. But then, he shows through this message that genuine objective working good understanding always has a time, a place and all of that. So, I bought it, am applying it, and you should too.

Summary: One of the Greatest Books Ever Set in Ink
Date: 2008-02-22 - 5

Comment: This is one of the single greatest books ever written. The principle it communicates about "We become what we think about" is timeless and fantastically effective. P. Keller must have been on drugs when he read this book because I can't boast about it enough. It was given to me as a gift for Christmas and I put it aside for about a month. I noticed the book included an audio CD and I figured I'd give it a listen on my commute through Los Angeles traffic one day. So far I've listened to the audio CD twice and read the book once.

Highly recommended!

Summary: Sort of outdated
Date: 2008-01-12 - 2

Comment: When this book was written - it was probably a little ahead of it's time. But now it's lagged behind more modern thinking along the same lines.
