Summary: Simple and clean take on Change Management

Comment: If you're wondering about change management, this is a great simple, easy-to-read place to start. A fun storyline and a quick read. I recommend it highly and have lent and gifted my copy (thus replacing it yet again) numerous times.

Summary: This is insulting to my intelligence

Comment: I am a school teacher and my district required me to write a book review and comment on the most inspiring aspects of this text. Only problem is, I am not mill worker with a feeble mind; last time I checked I had a real college degree. The prose of this book insults me, explaining large vocabulary words and always dumbing elements down. The analogy of this book insults me, it's written like a children's book that children would hate to read. I am far less inspired to work hard knowing that my supervisors weren't willing to inspire me themselves and instead gave me homework to do. I do not recommend this book.

Comment: Helped me tremendously when I became a manager. How to tell people what needs to be done and let them figure out how to do it. Learn while following a story. You don't even realize you're learning all the techniques because the story is so fun to read.
