Comment: Professor Sutton's The No A*$hole Rule is a welcome breath of fresh air in a world too politically correct to a call these people what they are and the destruction they leave in their wake. I've seen the long-term affects these people have, and Prof Sutton is spot-on in his analysis, recommendations (splendid), caution for the folks finding "virtue" in a*$holes...all in all a good book that will be useful in just about any organization. Highly recommended!

Comment: Great book, well researched, easy to read. the only thing is that it won't change your life in dealing with a__holes at work, but comes up with some good coping strategies and perspective (tells of some horror stories to make your work experiences seem not as bad!)
