It is simple to read and face it NOT everyone is a great reader, especially in early recovery. I will continue to use it and enjoy it for myself as well, it gave me goosebumps the first time I read it.

Comment: This book is excellent. I have purchased several copies to give to friends, usually have at least 1 or 2 extras.
Summary: SHORT BUT POWERFUL
Date: 2008-03-25 -
Comment: This is an amazingly short little book, probably takes 10 - 15 minutes to read. I had checked it out of the library, read it through twice, but decided the truth was so important that I wanted a copy in my collection to remind me occasionally of how important this is. So, yes, I am very appreciative of the message, and feel that it is very important. It calms me greatly when I am stressed or worried about the future or the past.
