Summary: Outstanding summary of the I/O psychology field
Date: 1998-09-21 -
Comment: Wayne Cascio, acknowledged as a leader in the field of Industrial and Organizational Psychology, has written an excellent overview of the field. Cascio's writing style is clear and engaging. Although written as a textbook, this book can stay on any practitioner's bookshelf as a reference work, a condensed handbook covering most of the most common topics in I/O psychology. It assumes a graduate school level of familiarity with applied psychology and statistics.
